Brief

To create a regional voluntary campaign in association with other local web developers to enable shoppers and traders of the Rochford District to gain access to local offers and discounts. The aim being to encourage trade back into the town of Rochford and the surrounding District. We, along with other local web developers have provided online assistance predominantly via email response to aid with queries and problems.

Solution

To assist in any problems that either shoppers or traders may encounter through the website as quickly and as effectively as possible.

Result

We have successfully implemented the campaign and its aims in the form rapid response. The campaign with now many hundred shoppers and traders signed up has gained national status and recognition.
